Steps for student Visa Canada
ATTEND A COUNSELING SESSION
Attend a counseling session at SARC Office to find out your options relating to study destination, courses available and institutions.
APPLY FOR ADMISSION
Once you have decided what and where you want to study, we will help you complete the application to the institutions of your choice. At the time of application for admission you will be required to submit several documents including proof of previous academic qualifications, proof of your English language ability, Work experience related documents and copy of passport. (If any) We will also provide you with a checklist for the documents you will need to provide when the time comes to apply for your visa (step 5).Average processing time to obtain admission letter is between 1 to 8 weeks depending on institution and course
Note-Depending on institute policy you may need to show funds equivalent to tuition fee and living expenses to institutions some institutes may interview you as well
PAY TUITION FEES
After accepting your offer from your education provider, you must pay the tuition fee as mentioned in the offer letter. This payment is made by International Wire Transfer. Once the institutions have received and processed your tuition fee payment, they will issue you with receipt. This receipt will be needed to lodge your Canada student visa application.

UNDERTAKE MEDICALS AND PCC
You will now need to take a medical examination a doctor approved by the Canadian government. You can find a list of approved panel by visiting; (http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx).
You will be provided a receipt for the medical, which is required when you apply for a visa. The medical report will automatically be transferred to the visa office.
To lodge your visa application you will need to provide the documents as per SDS Checklist:
- Visa Application Form
- Original valid passport with photocopy of the Biodata page
- Family information form .
- An Acceptance Letter issued by the SDS Educational institute in Canada
- Use of Representative Form (IMM 5476)
- Proof of English Proficiency Test
- Academic Documents/li>
- Receipt of Payment of Tuition fee
- Evidence of GIC purchase
- Evidence of GIC purchase
- Student Questionnare
- Medical, etc.
After receiving the passport, you will get to know about the outcome of your Canadian student visa application.
